High Security Steel Personnel Doors
Our steel personnel doors are manufactured using a fully welded steel leaf and frame construction for strength and stability. Reinforcement plates and leaf thickness are selected to suit the level of security required.
Standard features typically include:
- 19 point shot bolt locking system
- Anti jemmy heavy duty hinges
- Integrated weather seals
- Powder coated finish in a colour of your choice
- Supplied with three keys as standard
For projects that require additional specification, bespoke options can include vision panels, louvres, letter boxes, closers, kick plates and drop seals.
Doors can also be upgraded with panic escape hardware, allowing exit from the inside at all times regardless of how the door is locked externally. Access control compatibility can be incorporated where required.
Each door is carefully aligned and securely fixed to ensure smooth operation and long term performance.
Fire Exit Doors
We also supply and install certified fire exit doors for industrial and commercial premises. Fire rated steel door sets are available in FD30, FD60 and FD120 depending on your building requirements.
Fire exit doors are fitted with:
- Panic push bar or push pad hardware
- Intumescent and smoke seals
- Fire rated hinges and closers
- Reinforced frames for emergency egress
- Powder coated to a specified RAL colour to suit your building.
Replacement & New Installations
We carry out:
